Legal disclosures
Last updated July 2026About this document
Phosra publishes software and registry artifacts based on OCSS, an independent Draft 4 pre-release. Phosra remains the steward of record while the proposed transfer to independent governance is incomplete. OCSS is not a ratified standard.
Conflicts of interest
No independent OCSS working group or adopter council is currently represented here as operating. If Phosra publishes a commercial relationship or contributor roster, it will identify the relationship and obtain permission before naming the participant.
Trademark licensing
Use of the Phosra wordmark and mark is governed by the Trademark policy. No public OCSS certification program or conformance mark is currently operating.
Conformance disclosure
Draft schemas, tests, and local evaluation results can help a team inspect technical behavior. They are not certification, regulatory approval, a COPPA safe harbor, or a legal compliance determination. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.
Receipts and signed events
Local and sandbox artifacts can demonstrate a particular evaluation flow. A hosted production receipt rail remains on the roadmap. No artifact should be treated as legal proof of compliance without independent legal review.
Open standard licensing
The current publication is an independent Draft 4 pre-release. Review the notices attached to the published specification and repositories for the license that applies to each artifact. A standards-track submission and independent governance remain proposed, not completed.
